The CallRail team will be performing scheduled maintenance on our primary database late Saturday night and into Sunday morning. We anticipate that the application will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours at the beginning of this period. Call routing will be handled by our backup routing system during this time. Once complete, we expect that some API endpoints may experience degraded performance for the remainder of this period as database indexes are rebuilt.
