Interruption in call recordings, caller ID, and some configuration actions

Between 1:09 and 1:34 PM EST on January 31st, we suffered an interruption to the communication between different segments of our platform as a result of a failure while deploying a product update. During this time, calls continued to connect, but access to new call recordings and to caller ID data was delayed, and agent busy statuses were not correctly updated. Some other configuration actions may have also be unavailable during this time.
