CallRail is performing system-wide maintenance, resulting in a scheduled outage of up to 4 hours on Tuesday, December 10 from 22:00 EST to 02:00 EST on Wednesday December 11 (03:00-07:00 UTC).
During the scheduled maintenance:
- Customers will be unable to log in to the Lead Center web and mobile apps.
- Calls forwarded to a non-CallRail number will continue to route, but softphone availability will be impacted. This means if you usually receive or make calls in Lead Center, you will be unable to do so during the scheduled maintenance window. If you anticipate needing to receive calls on August 26 from midnight to 2am EDT, we urge you to ensure that your Call Flows forward unanswered calls to voicemail or an outside phone number.
- The web dashboard will be unavailable, but calls, texts, and chats will continue to be tracked. Similarly, notifications, call recordings, and transcriptions (including missed inbound calls) will be delayed, but available after maintenance is completed.
