2:00p EDT: One of our upstream carriers has notified us of infrastructure trouble when placing outbound calls to destination phone numbers earlier this morning. During this time, calls were tracked but ultimately did not reach the destination.
Based on our analysis, this issue seems to have affected about 5% of CallRail phone numbers, and was intermittent between 10:00a EDT and 12:00p EDT.
We are working with this carrier to determine the root cause of this problem and ensure we can prevent this from occurring in the future.
