Update

We are continuing to monitor this issue. The vendor has deployed a mitigation and we are seeing improvement. Until fully resolved, this issue will continue causing the following impacts for a small percentage of calls:

some caller details may be delayed and may show as "unknown" until the vendor issue is resolved

We have identified an issue with an upstream vendor and are actively working with them to mitigate the situation. This issue is causing the following impacts:
