CallRail is performing system-wide maintenance, resulting in a scheduled 3-hour outage on Thursday, March 28 from 10:00pm to Friday March 29 1:00am EDT (02:00-05:00 UTC).

During the scheduled outage:
- Customers will be unable to log in to the Lead Center web and mobile apps.

- Calls forwarded to a non-CallRail number will continue to route, but softphone availability will be impacted. This means if you usually receive or make calls in Lead Center, you will be unable to do so during the scheduled maintenance window. If you anticipate needing to receive calls on December 1 from 10 pm to midnight EST, we urge you to ensure that your Call Flows forward unanswered calls to voicemail or an outside phone number.

- The web dashboard will be unavailable, but calls, texts, and chats will continue to be tracked. Similarly, notifications, call recordings, and transcriptions (including missed inbound calls) will be delayed, but available after maintenance is completed.
