Earlier today we identified a bug that caused some call alert email notifications to be delivered while displaying the wrong tracking number name and company information. Calls were also displayed in dashboards with this same errant information. This bug only affected calls to a small subset of tracking phone numbers, but it existed in our production infrastructure from approximately 11:00am EDT to 5:00pm EDT today.
At this time, we're confident of the following: - All calls were routed to the correct destinations or call flows. - No incorrect tracking phone numbers were displayed on any websites. - No email notifications, webhooks, or integration events were delivered to the wrong destinations. - No calls or call recordings were exposed to unauthorized users in the dashboard or mobile app.
