We will be performing maintenance on the application dashboard database to improve performance and reliability. The dashboard and API will be unavailable during the maintenance period. Calls handled outside of Lead Center will continue to route as expected, although recordings, transcriptions, and integrations will be delayed. Calls routed to Lead Center Softphone may be disrupted for a brief period during this window.
