Update
CallRail is performing routine database maintenance on the dynamic number insertion system resulting in a scheduled 2-hour outage on Friday, February 16 from 11:00pm to Saturday, 1:00am February 17 EST (04:00-06:00 UTC).

During the scheduled outage:
- CallRail DNI scripts will not replace the destination phone number with call tracking phone numbers on customer websites
- No visitor actions will be recorded for website interactions during this time
- Web form captures will not be collected from customer websites. Customers collecting form capture data outside of CallRail will continue to receive that data without interruption.
- Custom web forms will not be rendered on customer websites
- All phone numbers will continue to route to the destination normally
- The CallRail web dashboard will be available, however changes to dynamic number insertion configuration, including new tracking phone numbers, will not propagate to your website until after the maintenance is complete.
