CallRail will be performing routine maintenance on Monday, March 11, 2024 starting at 11:00 PM EST (Tuesday 4:00 UTC) until Tuesday, March 12, 2024 3:00 AM EST (8:00 UTC) as part of our continued commitment to providing you with an optimized, smooth-running in-app experience.
During the maintenance window, some customers may notice intermittent unavailability or slow load times for:
  * Lead Center (console and softphone calls/texting)
  * SMS text messaging
  * Homepage dashboard
  * New account creation, including new Account Center accounts
  * 10DLC registrations
  * Bulk export for historical account data
The CallRail web app will remain up and functional. Rest assured that phone calls will route as normal and all data will still be tracked during the maintenance window. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
