This issue is resolved for the time being and all delayed recordings have been processed. We will continue to monitor our upstream vendors for further interruptions.

We have identified our delay in processing call recordings as stemming from an AWS outage that is having ripple effects on several of our upstream vendors. Recordings are still being processed, and we are gradually recovering from the backlog.
