Scheduled - CallRail is temporarily disabling service to UK phone numbers that have not yet registered with UK regulators from 13:00 GMT to 17:00 GMT (08:00 EST to 12:00 EST) on November 13, 2024. Please see this support article (https://support.callrail.com/hc/en-us/articles/24752308479501-Know-Your-Customer-registration-overview) to register your UK phone numbers (those with country code +44) immediately to avoid any disruption in service. All affected accounts have received multiple emails alerting them to the registration requirements and we are taking this action to raise further awareness for those that have still not registered before service to unregistered numbers is permanently disabled.
